Rape is now being examined from many directions and on various analytic levels. Numerous book and subject have been published in this review.

In 1971, Menachem Amir publish a landmark study of rape based in official Philadelphia police statistics10. It was the first comprehensive work in rape to appear. In addition to its statistical analysis (which unfortunately is quite careless), it discussed many theories and

debunked numerous myths. As such it is widely used as a reference work where a search is made for statistical regularities. However, the reductionist strategy for analyzing rape mentioned above is quite apparent in Amirs study. Amir breaks his data down into bits of a historical information about individual rape situation. The variables he includes in the rape situations are radical differences, age patterns, alcohol, and previous conviction record for both rapist and the victims. In his situational analysis he considers the calculated state gems that are implicit in the phasic development of non-institutionalized rapes. For example, rapist during the first stage of an episode rape, approach the victims in various ways. Although force is invariably employed as an immediate or last resorts, rapist may at first use deceitful methods to set up the victims. After situational conditions are manipulated to minimize risks, the rapist assaults the victims sexually.

Sneha Mahavar:

We hear from our parents in everyday day to day life that we are not old enough or that we are now grownup children. Both these statements are contradictory and thus confusing for the child as well. So who decides regarding how old is old enough? Its weird that we cant agree on the minimum age at which one must bear responsibility for their own lives and activities in a country. Where we frequently discuss the demographic dividend and the power of youth. In India most of us wait till we reach the magical age of 18, one attains many rights, such as the right to vote, drive a car, buy cigarettes, log into adult chatrooms, and if you are a girl then can marry whom you want. You can enlist at age 19 to the country. Even while you can nurse a child once you tun18, in most states like Delhi, require you to wait another seven years before you can visit a nightclub or have your first official alcoholic beverage. and even while the state only allows you to operate a vehicle after you are 18, in India, you are also free to engage in sexual activity, which is with due consent making it the legal age of consent.

Create a culture of enthusiastic consent.

Give the girl consent every time. rather than saying them just try to say them yes in every activity.

Speak out against the root causes.

Rape culture is allowed to continue when we buy into ideas of masculinity that see violence

and dominance as strong and male and when women and girls are less valued.

Stop blaming the victims.

Power to choose to leave behind language and lyrics that blame victims and excused sexual harassment what a woman is wearing what and how much she had drink, and where she was at a certain time, is not an invitation to rape her.

Invest in women.

Donate to organization that empower women, amplify their voices, support, survivors, and promote acceptance of all gender identities and sexualities.

Don’t laugh at rape.

Rape is never a funny punchline. Rape jokes delegitimize sexual violence, making it harder for victims to speak up when their consent is violated.

Have zero tolerance:

spaces in which you live work, and play. Leaders must be Establish police of zero tolerance for sexual harassment and violence in the particularly clear that they are committed to upholding a zero-tolerance policy and that it must be practiced every day.

Across time and context, rape culture takes many forms. It is important to recognize that rape culture goes beyond the narrow notion of a man assaulting a woman as she walks alone at night.

End impunity.

To end rape culture, perpetrators must b heat accountable. By prosecuting sexual violence cases, we recognize these acts as crimes and send a strong message of zero tolerance.

Be an active bystander.

One in three women worldwide experience abuse. Violence against women is shockingly common, and we may become witness to non-consensual or violence behavior. Intervening as an active bystander signal to the perpetrator that their behavior is unacceptable and may help someone stay safe.

Educate the next generation.

Its in our hand to inspire the future feminist of the world. Challenges the gender stereotypes and violent ideas that children encounter in the media, on the streets, and at the schools. Let your children know that your family is a safe space for them to express themselves as they are. affirm their choices and tech the importance of consent at a young age.

Start and join the conversation.

Talk to family and friends about how you can work together to end rape culture in your communities.

Abortion: should be legal in cases of rapes

To become pregnant due to rape or incent act is a horribly violent crime but abortion can never be justified from that a girl could not be worried form abortion. the unborn entity is not when its presence does not endanger its mother life as in the case of tubal pregnancy. it is he rapist who is the aggressor. theisjust as much as innocent victims as it is the mother. For that reason, abortion cannot be justified on the basis that the unborn is an aggressor. As it is well known the killing of a human being is a crime, then killing an unborn child is a very serious crime considering that is innocent, is a defenseless creature has human life.

There are psychological studies which shows change in proper supported victims. Adoption can be an opportunity for unborn babies. Though pregnancy is a difficult situation. The victim could develop true understanding and charity with psychological treatment at that time. a child goes not lose its right to life simply because its father or its mother was a sexual criminal victim. Two wrong do not make a right so, is it to better to develop virtues than to countenance an ethic of destruction as the solution.
