Details of the event:
The event consists of three rounds: Client Counselling, Public Interest Litigation Drafting and PIL Presentation
The first round consists of client counselling where participants will obtain the facts and issues to base the PIL on by asking questions to the client,
The nature of the facts will be based on the theme chosen by the participants,
In the second round the participants will draft the PIL from the facts obtained in round 1
Participants must bring all necessary material, no material (laptops for drafting or reference books will be provided by the organizers)
The use of internet is permitted only for the drafting rounds and no other
Once the PIL has been drafted, participants will present the PIL in front of judges.
