About the Opportunity:-
This is a call for a Virtual Internship with Ethos Legal Alliance (ELA) at Fort, Mumbai. There are max 04 slots available.
Duration:-
The period for Internship shall be for a duration of 12 weeks since we believe 08 weeks is inadequate period to learn anything. The period of internship shall commence from 01st January 2022 till 31st March 2022 and shall be virtual attendance only.
Eligibility:-
The minimum eligibility requirements for a candidate is that she /he must be at least in their 05th year of University for integrated 5 degree program or 03rd year of 3 year program. There is no relaxation in this condition since a majority of work in the Firm requires knowledge in procedural subjects.
Responsibilities:-
The Internship shall entail drafting, briefing us, participation in client conferences for matters ranging across different areas of law before Trial Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and the Supreme Court of India.
How to Apply:
There will be three rounds of selection process. Initial selection on the basis of CV along with a case note on a recent case decided by the Supreme Court followed by a personal interview.
