ABOUT THE MUN
In consonance with Indias’ Presidency of G20, Sharda School of Law presents Model United Nations’ Youth Diplomacy Meet, 2023. The event shall be conducted in offline mode on campus on 24-25th February, 2023. The two-day event is being organized with the aim to help students develop an in depth understanding of the contemporary international issues that are a point of discussion and deliberation at various UN Organizations. This mega event will provide an opportunity to students to showcase and develop their oratory skills, diplomatic understanding, and the ability to appreciate the nuances of international relations. It will also provide a platform where student leaders will give suggestions on various issues of global importance.
This MUN-YDM will feature delegates from institutions across the country and an ace Executive Board, making it an event that will push the boundaries of debate, discussion and deliberation thereby promising an unforgettable experience. The format shall be- the delegates shall represent their allotted countries in putting across opinions and suggestions on the agenda of their specific committee. The MUN-YDM will open with four Committees viz; United Nations General Assembly, G20 Summit, International Labor Organization, and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
DELEGATES REGISTRATION PROCESS
Interested participants are required to fill the online registration form via the links attached below. Participants must mention their committee preferences and previous experiences as per the form.
Last Date of registration: February 12th, 2023.
Date of competition: February 24th-25th, 2023.

Students from all courses (U.G., P.G. and Ph.D.) and all disciplines can participate.
