Responsibilities:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handle the research and analysis of various policies, laws, clauses, etc.
- Provide sound and practical legal advice pertaining to corporate and commercial legal issues
- Conduct research on any law, statute, regulation, or any rule given
- Prepare research notes on any legal issue
- Attend court hearings along with seniors
Eligibility:
- Candidate must be pursuing law degree.
- Good contract drafting, negotiation, and execution skills i.e., ability to draft, negotiate and close transactions independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand client’s business efficiently
- Good communication skills are a must
