- Legal compliance audit/review legal compliance tool implementation(with third-party tie-ups)
- legal compliance tool testing litigation reviews.
- Contract reviews
- Liasioning services
- Legal opinion services
- Internal audit services
- Due diligence other legal services. Eligibility:
- Final year/semester students.
- Prior internship experience in corporate law and compliance.
- Willing to travel (paid by firm/client)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office basic (excel, word & powerpoint)
- Based out of Delhi and Mumbai Location:
Delhi & Mumbai
Duration:
3 months (can be extended to 6 Months)
