ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Assist in research in legal aspects of the company particularly existing land cases.
Assist in drafting legalities involved in issuing company tenders.
Draft hotel management and franchise agreements.
Research and draft licensing and other ancillary agreements.
Handle issues in intellectual property, labor & employment law, and data security.
Work on corporate law, work will include checking compliance with companies act and other relevant statutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Only those candidates can apply who:
are available for full time (in-office) internship
Can start the internship between 14th Jul’21 and 18th Aug’21
are available for duration of 6 months
Have relevant skills and interests
